Ion Exchange Resin Based Equipments

IOtra range of ion exchange systems are designed to reduce / remove the dissolved salts from the water used in     different application in domestic and industrial purpose. IOtra  range  provides  its  standard  and  custom  driven    softeners, dealkalizers, deionization and polishing units engineered for optimized throughput.

SWS Series
Our SWS range of softeners are widely used in the industry. These are used to replace the hardness creating ions like calcium and magnesium from the water. Our SWS series of softners are designed both manual and automatic operation  in upflow and down flow  stream  and  are  available  in  various  standard  capacities  as  per  system requirement and tailor made.

SWD series
Our  SWD  range  of  dealkalizers  is  used  to  replace  the  hardness  and  alkalinity creating ions like calcium and              magnesium  and  HCO3  from  the  water.  Our  SWD  series  of  dealkalizers  are designed both in single and split           stream along with degasser and are available in various standard capacities as per system requirement and tailor  made.

SWDI series
De-Ionization  unit is  commonly used to remove of dissolved solids from the water Our SWDI series is provided in        various capacities with manual, semi automatic  and  fully  automatic  operation and as per customer requirement           SWDI series of deionization units are designed both in up flow  and down flow stream and are available in various standard capacities as per system requirement and tailor made.

SWED series
SWED series of EDI equipments involves a process that  removes ionizable species from liquids using  electrically    active  media  and  an  electrical  potential to affect  ion transport. It  differs from other water purification technologies         such as conventional ion exchange in that it is does not require the use of  chemicals such as acid and caustic.EDI          is commonly used as a polishing process to further deionize Reverse Osmosis (RO) permeate to 18.2megohm-cm quality  water.  SWED  series of   EDI  devices  typically  contain  semi-permeable   ion-exchange   membranes  and    permanently charged media such as ion-exchange resin. The EDI process is essentially a hybrid of two well-known separation  processes - ion  exchange  deionization  and  electrodialysis, and is sometimes referred to as filled-cell electrodialysis.
