Water Treatment Chemicals

Specialty Performance chemicals: Our Swem range of specialty performance Chemicals are designed to deliver value with the trouble free operation in the utility and process application by helping the industry to achieve the maximum heat transfer, reduced corrosion, fouling, optimized solid liquid separation and extended run length with efficient performance of membrane systems.

2.51 Boiler water treatment Chemicals: Our Swemtreat range of boiler chemicals are designed to provide deposit and corrosion free boiler internals and its related accessories.
2.52 Cooling water treatment Chemicals: Our Swemtreat range of cooling water chemicals are designed to control deposit, corrosion, fouling and microbiological growth in the cooling systems.
2.53 Membrane performance Chemicals: Our Swemtreat range of Membrane performance chemicals are designed to prevent deposition of inorganic salts and foulants. Swemclean range of products are effective in cleaning both organic and inorganic deposits from the membrane surface. The SWEM RO software will help in arriving at the optimum dosage of the Antiscalant.
2.54. Waste Water treatment Chemicals: Swemlite and Swemfloc range of high performance coagulants and flocculants are designed for effective solid liquid separation in raw water and waste water treatment applications.

Boiler water chemicals
1. SW 701 : is intended for use in boilers with low hardness feed water as a phosphate residual or coordinated phosphate program
2. SW 702 : is intended to treat boilers operating at pressures up to 900 PSI and having a total water hardness level of less than 30 ppm.
3. SW 703: Is a single drum formulation for boilers operating up to 200 PSI, designed to control deposits, corrosion and sludge conditioning at a lesser dosages.
4. SW 704: Is a single drum formulations designed for boilers using high purity feed water, It controls corrosion, return line corrosion and deposits in the boiler, intended to use up to 1200 PSI operating boilers.
5. SW 802 : is a specially formulated pulverized catalyzed product designed to scavenge dissolved oxygen present in the feed water to reduce pitting type corrosion and iron pick-up in the feed water systems
6. SW 803 : is a traditional catalyzed, nonvolatile, inorganic oxygen scavenger designed for use in boiler feed water systems to reduce corrosion in the boiler.

8. SW 804 : is a organic DEHA based catalyzed, oxygen scavenger designed for use in boiler and feed water systems to reduce corrosion in the boiler.
9. SW 805 is a organic amine based corrosion inhibitor designed for use in boiler feed water systems to reduce corrosion in the condensate return water. It is a blend of neutralizing amines designed to neutralize the carbon di oxide to reduce the return line corrosion.
10. SW 101: An sulphomic acid based descaling chemical along with a acid corrosion inhibitor and colour indicator designed to remove the deposits from the boiler and heat exchanger.
11. SW 102: An inhibited acid based descaling chemical along with a acid corrosion inhibitor designed to remove the deposits from the boiler and heat exchanger.

2.52.2
1. SW 650: thermally and hydrolytically stable synergistic blend of organic phosphate, polymers and inorganic salts enabling it to function as both scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor over a wide range of pH and temperatures.
2. SW 651: Specially designed for open recirculating and continuous flow system to prevent dirtincrustation and sedimentation through its polymer which possesses excellent dispersing and stabilizing properties.
3. SW 652: is a multifunctional product designed to help maintain clean heat transfer surfaces in industrial cooling water systems. This unique blend is formulated to inhibit both yellow metal corrosion and the formation of mineral scales and provides dispersancy for mud, silt, and other suspended solids.
4. SW 655 : is a cathodic and anodic corrosion inhibitor designed for use in open recirculating cooling tower systems. It is designed to be used in alkaline pH water environments when used with a stabilizing polymer. Program can be used over a wide variety of water hardness conditions in an alkaline environment.
5. SW 668: is a nitrite-based corrosion inhibitor specially designed for use in closed recirculating cooling water systems under high heat transfer conditions. It provides effective corrosion protection for steel and most other metals in continuous steel casting mold cooling And other high heat transfer service systems.
6. SW 670 : is specially formulated powder form organic corrosion inhibitor designed for closed circuit cooling system, high heat flux systems where heat transfer surfaces experience high skin temperatures. It is a multicomponent organic inhibitor that provides effective corrosion protection for steel and most other metals.
7. SW 660 : is an effective non toxic biodispersant designed for both open recirculating and once-through cooling water systems, when used in conjunction with oxidizing and/or nonoxidizing biocides It helps in improving the performance of systems by removing and dispersing the fouled deposits with microbiological slime
8. SW 680: is a stable bromine liquid biocide in one package for easy dosing and control. It is designed to kill bacteria and help prevent slime problems. Unlike chlorine, it does not lose its activity in a matter of days, has a low volatility that reduces product evaporation and doesn’t get deactivated by ammonia or contaminants. It reduces operator time and makes proper dosing and control easy.
9. SW 682: is a broad spectrum, non-oxidizing micro-biocide for industrial open recirculating systems, It is designed to provide excellent control of microbiological growth and associated deposits. Is particularly well suited for use in installations with high levels of process contamination, such as ammonia plants, refineries and chemical plants.
10. SW 685 : is an organic compound formulated for use in the control of algae in recirculating cooling water systems, and in decorative and ornamental fountains. Inhibits algae's photosynthetic pathway, resulting in a slow removal of algae from the treated surfaces.
11. SW 687: is a broad spectrum, non-oxidizing micro-biocide for industrial open recirculating systems, It is designed to provide excellent control of microbiological growth and associated deposits. Is particularly well suited for use in installations with high levels of process contamination, such as ammonia plants, refineries and chemical plants.

2.53.3
1. SW 410 : is a highly cost-effective green chemistry scale inhibitor with a super-threshold agent able to stabilize a wide range of supersaturated salt solutions, thereby preventing precipitation on the membrane surface.
2. SW 415: is developed specifically for use with high silica and Iron waters and is a synergistic blend of threshold antiscalants and dispersants designed to reduce precipitation of scale premature membrane failure of membranes systems SW 415 is designed to handle up to 260 mg/l of silica at pH 7.5 and 30°C in the concentrate.
3. SW 416: is developed specifically for use with high fluoride containing water and is a synergistic blend of threshold antiscalants and dispersants designed to reduce precipitation of scale premature membrane failure of membranes systems SW 416 is designed to handle up to 5.0 mg/l of CaF at pH 7.5 and 30°C in the concentrate.
4. SW 418: is formulated for use of high TDS water like sea water and where RO reject is being treated with membrane systems. It is a synergistic blend of threshold antiscalants and dispersants and nonionic mild surfactant designed to reduce precipitation of scale and premature membrane failure.
5. SW 425: is specially formulated product intended to use for effective cleaning of membranes for inorganic and metal deposits
SW 429: is specially formulated product intended to use for effective cleaning of membranes for organic material, fouling and microbiological fouling.
SW 430: A non oxidizing biocide specially formulated for the application of membrane preservation during the idle condition of the plant.

Swlite 981: is a high molecular weight, cationic coagulant developed for potable water clarification this is designed to reduce or eliminating the need for metal salts, producing a dense, rapid forming, easily settable flocs, increasing clarifier and thickener efficiency.

Swlite 988: is a low molecular weight, coagulant formulation developed for membrane separation systems to reduce Silt Density Index (SDI) from the raw water.

Swfloc 950: is a high molecular weight, moderately anionic dry flocculent designed to provide high solids settling rate in raw water clarifier, improved juice clarity in sugar industry, increased rate of mud filtration.
Swfloc 965: is a high molecular weight, cationic dry flocculent designed to provide high solids settling rate, maximum solid content in dewatering application, superior overflow and maximum underflow compaction
